Hello and welcome to Internocracy.
Internocracy is the internships organisation. Our vision is to change the culture of internships across sectors in the UK.
Internocracy helps employers to set up and run their internship programmes, connects interns from across the UK and campaigns for better internships for everyone.
Set up by former interns, Internocracy wants to change internships for the better by making sure that internships are both more accessible and of consistently high quality. In other words, that more than only a select group can afford to do an internship, and that employers know how to ensure interns can contribute through real work, rather than just taking the tea order.
