I.SIP accreditation
The I.SIP accreditation process evaluates the quality and diversity of your internship, taking into account the lived experience of the intern, as well as internal HR processes and structures.
Becoming a part of the I.SIP network means that you can share the excellence of your internship easily, and ensures that your organisation is part of a wider movement of positive social change in making sure that internships across the UK are both more accessible and of a consistently high quality.
The I.SIP network is a group of organisations which offer outstanding internship programmes for young people to get their first taste of work in a structured and engaging environment. To be a member of this network an organisation must either apply or be recommended by a current or former intern.
Any organisation accredited with the I.SIP mark will be instantly recognised by potential interns as an organisation that offers an exceptional internship programme which will support, engage and inspire them.
Becoming a part of the I.SIP network
•The two routes into I.SIP membership are through an invitation to apply or recommendation from a current or former intern
•A rigorous evaluation of the experience of your interns and the structure of the internship is undertaken based upon the robust I.SIP evaluation model set out below
•Subject to a successful evaluation, your organisation is then awarded I.SIP accreditation and joins the I.SIP network
